My Approach
My approach is connected to a lens of healing that is expansive and utilizes the duality of both wanted and unwanted experiences to move closer to your highest, most authentic self. I challenge the narrative that something must be "wrong with me" to connect to my healing journey and enlist additional support.
My intention is to provide support as I join you on your journey in the discovery of your true self. Whether we're working together in a workshop, group or individually, my goal is to create a space of authenticity for you to be seen. In this space, we’ll work together to identify and process your emotions, release fear, shame and other limiting beliefs and reconnect to yourself. With this approach and intention you will come to remember your worth, strength, and learn to express yourself authentically.
My Philosophy
My philosophy is centered around building a therapeutic alliance, a container of trust and vulnerability without judgment. It’s within this co-created container where healing, growth and expansion happens. Together, we'll explore your experiences and the connection between thoughts, emotions and behaviors and how the three have shaped how you show up in the world and your view of others and of the world.
