With years of experience, I’ve cultivated a holistic approach to care, integrating various strategies to support your journey. In our sessions, we’ll explore your needs and co-create a personalized plan that nurtures your growth and well-being.
Identify Your Relationships' Vision
Effective communication is essential, yet it can sometimes be challenging. Relationship counseling offers couples an opportunity to enhance their emotional connection at any stage of their journey. Sessions provide a supportive space to address concerns, explore solutions, and build a stronger, healthier relationship.
As part of this work, I offer a specialized program titled "Love Is the Assignment." This program includes individual sessions for each partner, as well as joint sessions as a couple. By focusing on personal growth and shared understanding, the program empowers couples to cultivate deeper connections and navigate their relationship with intention and care.
Education and Training
I enjoy collaborating with organizations in diverse ways, particularly by facilitating workshops and trainings on emotional and mental wellness. My approach centers on social justice and trauma-informed practices, fostering collective healing. I am especially passionate about supporting Black and marginalized communities, addressing challenges in accessing both the language and quality care needed for meaningful wellness.

Decolonizing Mental Health
This workshop is an invitation to expand your practice and the way we’re often taught how to serve as practitioners, mental health advocates and wellness educators. This workshop has a particular focus on addressing the three types of stigma and developing skills to build trusting and meaningful relationships with communities by understanding and interrogating systemic racism as well as injustices impacting Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color.
Stress Management & Self Care For Leaders
An opportunity for leaders to explore their experience and relationship with various types of stress and how it impacts their emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. Leaders will explore and develop self-care practices and coping mechanisms.
Healing Love Scarcity, Developing Your Love Curriculum
The saying goes, “We teach people how to treat (love) us.” However, how can we do so when we often don’t know what it takes to love ourselves? During this three-part series workshop, participants will “Release, Connect and Remember.” During part one we will explore and release the self-limiting beliefs and programming that hasn’t served us. This will lead us to explore reconciliation and into developing practices connected to ourselves- self-love, self reverence and self adoration. Lastly, participants will explore ways to remember their sovereignty and to never settle. This workshop series will be engaging and interactive with tangible items for the continued evolution and update of their Love Curriculum.
