Education and Training
I love partnering with organizations in various fashions. I especially enjoy facilitating workshops and trainings related to emotional and mental wellness from a social justice and trauma informed lens for the collective healing. My passion has a particularl emphasis on Black and marginalized communities due to the challenges related to access to language and access to quality care.

Healing Love Scarcity, Developing Your Love Curriculum
The saying goes, “We teach people how to treat (love) us.” However, how can we do so when we often don’t know what it takes to love ourselves? During this three-part series workshop, participants will “Release, Connect and Remember.” During part one we will explore and release the self-limiting beliefs and programming that hasn’t served us. This will lead us to explore reconciliation and into developing practices connected to ourselves- self-love, self reverence and self adoration. Lastly, participants will explore ways to remember their sovereignty and to never settle. This workshop series will be engaging and interactive with tangible items for the continued evolution and update of their Love Curriculum.
