About the event
For 21 days, let's journey together in reconnecting to self and Spirit. We will practice the life-changing benefits of meditation in an easeful and inspiring way.
An opportunity to exchange notes with a limited number of peers in an effort to heal out loud within the community.
While you will have your own practice of meditation (with guidance if needed) we will come together from time to time to have virtual check-ins. The platform we will use is What's App. It'll give us the opportunity to share our downloads, aha moments, challenges, fears, and what seems to help or work.
The caveat to the experience is, that if you miss a day, you must start at day 1 again and continue forward.
