When we are no longer trying to control emotions, things, and/or people- we allow situations to take a natural course. In surrendering, life has the opportunity to unfold and align with the authentic self.

During this time of year, many of us experience grief and loss around romantic relationships, family, and loved ones, or we're coping with "seasonal depression." This intimate workshop is crafted to discuss, learn and process these experiences and gain tools to cope and surrender with grace.

2-hour workshop and therapeutic support group- limited space.
