The new year often arrives with pressure, to change, to fix, to become something else. Reclaiming Joy offers a different invitation. This 21-day meditation experience is a gentle, grounding space to begin the year by returning to yourself.
Designed as a daily, self-paced practice, this experience allows you to engage in meditation on their own schedule while remaining connected to a supportive community. Each day offers an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reflect, cultivating clarity, steadiness, and renewed intention.

Alongside daily practices, participants are invited to weekly community check-ins that foster connection, reflection, and shared accountability. Optional group meditation sessions and workshops provide addition
al opportunities to deepen practice, ask questions, and explore what reclaiming joy can look like in real life, not as perfection, but as presence.
